After Mr. Peebles straightens things out, Magilla promises to stay out of trouble. But when Ogee drives by in a little toy car, Magilla’s promise soon goes out the window.

When Magilla is making some deliveries for Mr. Peebles, he accidentally finds his way into a Secret-Agent headquarters. When the head agent thinks he is the agent to deliver a secret package to “you know who;” a bad guy starts to follow him, in hopes of getting the package away from the gorilla.
