Ka Yeol-Chan then found a job at a ramen company. He worked very hard and was promoted unusually quickly, due to his radical planning and aggressive marketing. Ka Yeol-Chan now works as the chief of the sales and marketing department at the ramen company. His position actually wields the most power in the company. One day, Ka Yeol-Chan gets a senior age intern. That intern is Lee Man-Shik, who gave him such a hard time at his first job.
Everyone helps out in exposing Koo Ja Sook and clearing Yeol Chan's name. With their help, Ja Sook gets what she deserves, and Yeol Chan becomes Joonsu Food's managing director. However, when he sets things straight, Yeol Chan resigns and starts a company of his own.

Yeol Chan and his interns try out local ramyeon restaurants and try to learn from it. But his tenacious, unyielding work ethic drives Man Sic and the others mad. In the end, Man Sic partners up with Yeo Chan to head to an island to taste Grandma's Ramyeon but runs into stormy weather.

Meanwhile, Man Sic makes a phony customer feedback report, and the company enforces a new campaign where employees buy their products.
Yeol Chan takes the blame for erupting the cockroach incident and is put on standby with the possibility of getting fired. However, Man Sic and the team don't give up and look for possible leads in the case to save him. Meanwhile, Yoon Soo continues to search for the culprit who wrote the nasty letter he found in the shredder.
Yeol Chan takes Man Sic to the hospital after seeing him collapse. At the hospital, Yeol Chan learns about a man from his past lying brain dead taken care of by Man Sic that triggers a slight change of heart. Meanwhile, someone claims to have found a cockroach in a Spicy Chicken Ramyeon package.
Man Sic tries to redeem himself and writes up the proposal for his ramyeon idea after attending a computer academy. However, it's harder than he anticipated.
