A rock band is on the brink of super-stardom. Until now they've juggled their music career with cocaine smuggling. At the age of 17, Griselda Blanco, made her way to the U.S. with a fake passport with her first husband Carlos. Living in Queens with her three sons, Griselda became enticed by the money the drug world offered, and quickly became embroiled with local drug runners. Griselda masterminded the use of beautiful women, the elderly and children as the mules and created false-bottom suitcases to smuggle cocaine from Colombia.
Two young couples are driving through a remote forest when their car breaks down. When a run-in with a curious grizzly bear ends up with the bear being shot to death, the bear's mate arrives on the scene and vengefully attacks their van. The couples are trapped inside the disabled car and must come up with clever ways to survive. As they battle the surprisingly intelligent creature, and contemplate their uncertain fate, secrets begin to emerge that threaten to tear the group apart before the bear does.
In a post-apocalyptic world run by an insecure, macho drug lord and his zombie army, a man named Diesel Drinker, known for stealing and drinking gasoline while sporting a green mohawk and a furious shotgun, sets out to seek revenge against someone he once loved. On his journey, he meets friends, foes, violence, self-worth, and learns the importance of love.
It takes place in the Galicia (Spain) of the 80s, when the fishing sector was transformed and many of the shipowners became indebted. This situation will be favorable for the start of activities such as contraband and drug trafficking.

Although Bush knew of Norieaga’s dealings at the time, he allowed him to continue in the drug trade until the media exposed his dealings. When Bush became president of the United States, he decided it was time to destroy Noriega.

Reyes orders Cliff to kill Marcelo Villalba, who is running for his countries position as president, but Cliff can't bring himself to do it, because his assignment from the DEA is to work against Reyes. Reyes is afraid Villalba will put him out of business, and is afraid that Janet's story will do the same thing, so Reyes sends someone else after Villalba, and then Reyes has Janet kidnapped, and Cliff is the only one who can keep Reyes' plans from succeeding
